ARTICLE 1. General principles
The following general conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) at www.halaldressing.com, a company registered with the RCS of Troyes under the number SIRET 88391505000016
By using halaldressing.com and/or placing an order, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions presented in this document (the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale").
Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
The presentation of products or services on the www.halaldressing.com site at a given moment does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.
We also reserve the right to occasionally modify these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order will be the one appearing on www.halaldressing.com at the time you place the order.
ARTICLE 2. Price and delivery costs
The prices displayed on www.halaldressing.com are given including legal VAT.
The company www.halaldressing.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
Any promotional item cannot be returned or exchanged.
The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the checkout process. Our standard delivery charges are free. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make multiple deliveries, subsequent deliveries will not incur additional costs for you.
ARTICLE 3. Order
To order the customer must follow these steps:
- Add the chosen products to your basket. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate it, the customer checks the details of his basket, consults the total amount and the delivery costs and validates it with the "order" button.
- Choose his delivery address and method of payment, when validating the order summary, the customer expressly accepts the general conditions of sale in force on the Site, the customer is redirected to the secure payment site.
Halal Dressing immediately confirms the registration of his order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the customer will have communicated when entering his full contact details when placing his order. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming his order.
Article 4. Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card or via Paypal.
Halal Dressing has no access to its customers' bank details.
Article 5. Cancellation and modification
Once your purchase has been confirmed, no cancellation or modification can be made to your order if it has already been processed.
No order cancellation is possible.
No order modification is possible if it has already been processed, this includes the change of color, the deletion of one or more items or the addition of one or more items.
No modification of the recipient's address is possible if the order has already been processed, this includes the surname or first name, the address, the city, the postal code or the telephone number.
Article 6. Delivery
Halal Dressing makes every effort to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. We make every effort to deliver to you within 2-5 business days after an order is confirmed. Although we do our best to deliver to you within the timescales communicated, delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you will then be entitled to a full refund.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with expected delivery times (provided you have provided us with your email address beforehand).
If your package is returned to us for the wrong address, non-existent address, non-recovery of the package at the post office/relay point, or any other reason, you must pay the re-delivery costs. In the case of non-complaint of your return package, costs will be deducted from you during the refund. In case of cancellation of your order, the shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Article 7. Returns
All returns must be reported in advance to Halal Dressing Customer Service.
Any promotional item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with label.
Items must not have been worn.
Any return that does not respect the conditions will be refused.
Return costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
You have a period of 7 days to terminate any sales contract without explanation. The withdrawal period expires after 7 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you took physical possession of your property.
The items must be returned to us via the carrier Mondial Relay, as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item(s).
If you return your entire order, costs equal to the initial shipping costs (4.55/5.35€) will be deducted from the final amount of your refund.
We will proceed with the refund using a gift card valid for 1 year on the whole site and sent by e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the initial transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned items or a shipping certificate for the items, whichever comes first.
Article 8. Our liability
www.halaldressing.com cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, Halal Dressing cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Halal Dressing is not held responsible for delays, loss or theft of parcels committed by Mondial Relay
